How the football 38-0 game works
You draft your XI position by position from legends across every era. Pick a formation, fill the goalkeeper, defence, midfield and attack, then simulate a 38-match season. The engine weighs every player by position — your keeper and spine matter most — and plays out the season match by match. Win all 38 and you have done the impossible: a perfect 38-0 season.
Why 38-0 is so hard
Going unbeaten is rare. Going perfect is another level. Arsenal's Invincibles went a whole Premier League season without losing and still drew twelve times. In the 38-0 game a single weak link — a shaky goalkeeper, one passenger in midfield — is usually enough to leak the draw or defeat that ends your run. Even a flawless XI only converts a perfect season some of the time.
